More than ever, companies need to dedicate time to strategic planning. The dynamism of the markets requires quick responses, but agility without preparation does not bring results. Considered by some executives as inefficient or bureaucratic, we can say that the problem is not in strategic planning itself, but in the inability to conduct an effective process, or be structured, integrated and resolutive.

Structured in the WORKSHOPS format, we develop a dynamic and collaborative approach that incorporates the main concepts and techniques of analysis and strategic planning.Based on the agile concept of development, our methodology seeks a balance between theory and practice, promoting a unique environment to evaluate, discuss and to define the growth model for the coming years. The participation of shareholders and the executive team (directors, managers and coordinators) increases the level of engagement of those involved and the responsibility of all in relation to future results.
There are 2 to 3 weeks of preparation to understand in sufficient depth about the company, the business and the main drivers of the market in which it operates. We conducted this phase with attention to details so that the 2 days of the Planning Workshop are assertive and resolutive.

Still in the preparation phase, we met individually with all those who will participate in the planning, from shareholders to coordinators, in order to understand the context of the company from the perspective of the person. This will allow us to customize the dynamics and analysis sequence according to the moment of each company.
Knowing that the ability to execute the strategy is more important than the quality of the strategy itself, and that many companies have difficulty executing the strategy, we included in the scope of the workshop the introduction of techniques and tools for executing the strategy, empowering those involved in the strategy. mission to put the developed plan into practice.
