Agricultural Engineer from UNICAMP and MBA in Project Management from FGV, he worked in the development of projects in national and multinational companies such as Valtra do Brasil, CNH Industrial, Bosch Freios and CTC - Canavieira Technology Center. With experience in the planning and implementation of innovation projects and organizational strategic management, he was responsible for the approval of several business plans under the BNDES FINEP innovation promotion programs such as Inova Agro, Inova Sustentabilidade and Paiss Agrícola.
