This is a good example of a structured project, with varied solutions over time, according to each moment experienced, and with a successful conclusion. The main shareholder and director of the company hired us, in order to prepare a Business Restructuring Plan. We were then invited to implement the Plan, through the Interim Management, which involved aspects of Governance and Succession, product line discontinuity and adequacy of the debt profile with creditors. With a structured and implemented plan, we were invited to implement the managerial controls, enabling the company to plan and control its results, resuming its success trajectory.
