Rio Vivenda, tubes manufacturer for the textile industry, closed a strategic alliance (or Joint Venture) with Rhodia, a world leader in the development and production of specialty chemicals.
The role of Rio Vivenda was to install micro industries in Rhodia units with the purpose of giving speed and safety to the process of manufacturing the latter. The transaction was performed with open spreadsheets and split yields.
