We were hired, initially, for the Economic Diagnosis and Valuation of one of the operating units. Based on the opinions submitted, a series of actions were initiated aiming at the Restructuring of the Company.
In order to support negotiations with creditors, a Restructuring Plan was drawn up, used for technical exposure of the experienced moment and the economic plan (cause, effect and action plan).
