Santa Marina Dairy received BNDESpar (BNDES Pension Fund) contribution via Private Equity representing 30% of its shares.
C&S Projects and Market served as financial advisor to the Santa Marina Dairy in structuring and conducting the transaction with BNDESpar (BNDES Pension Fund), he saw Private Equity, released representative contribution to 30% of the company’s shares. Following the completion of the transaction, Mr. Maurício Siqueira, partner and co-founder of C&S Projects and Market, was invited to hold the position of Vice-Chairman of the Board of the company by BNDESpar.
